In places like long-distance oil and gas pipelines, LNG stations and oil refineries, the pressure of the conveyed medium often reaches tens of megapascals, and the pipe diameters are also large. Coupled with a reasonable flow channel design, it can not only withstand high pressure but also allow the medium to flow smoothly, without causing unstable pipeline pressure due to valve restrictions.

No matter from which direction the medium flows, it can achieve zero leakage, which is much more reliable than the one-way seal of traditional gate valves. Moreover, it has no grooves inside, so the medium will not accumulate in the valve, preventing medium waste and avoiding safety issues caused by medium residue.

The pigging device can pass through smoothly without getting stuck, thus ensuring the pigging operation proceeds smoothly and the pipeline remains unobstructed.

The top of the valve stem can extend into the operation well on the ground, allowing for operation and maintenance without digging the ground, which is much more convenient.
